Every Akonua shirt is printed just for you after you order it. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size, so please check the size chart on each product page before you order.
If something's wrong, we'll make it right
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Just email us at advancepassiveincome1@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. You won't need to send the item back.
Lost packages
If tracking shows your order hasn't moved for an unusually long time, or it never arrives, contact us and we'll work with our printing partner and the carrier to replace it.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to show it.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. If your shirt hasn't gone into production yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
